Coalition for Diversity in Tech Talent

Let's Make Technology Careers More Inclusive

At Techtonic, we believe innovative spirit is at the center of technology, and equal access to opportunity is a crucial element to creating a workforce that embodies that spirit. Which is why we’re dedicated to making meaningful change — and are challenging our community to partner with us — to form a coalition impacting diversity in the tech sector.

Over the next 18 months, Techtonic is committed to inviting 100 candidates from underrepresented communities into our paid 12-month Software Development Apprenticeship Program that transforms the way the next generation of software engineers is trained and hired. Not only is Techtonic a B-corp that stands for social justice, but our Apprenticeship Program is registered by the Department of Labor (DOL), meeting the highest federal standards in the US. We’re working to remove barriers to a software career, and this program is designed to specifically support diverse communities.

But we don’t want to do this alone. By sponsoring an apprentice, you can meet and mentor the next wave of talented software engineers, improving diversity in the workplace and creating a more successful, collaborative tech community.

Here's How It Works

With our simple 10-10-10 payment plan, you’ll support Apprentices over a 6-month period as they gain the skills and experience needed to help your company grow.
