Prior to Techtonic, Ashley worked for Verizon for 5+ years, supporting small businesses in the Denver Metro Area. Verizon provided an opportunity, but Ashley hit a glass ceiling and needed a new challenge. She originally applied to and was accepted at a local boot camp, but prior to beginning a full-stack developer cohort, she stumbled onto a Techtonic Academy ad.
